Great customer service. Competitive pricing.

Wine that I ordered on pre-arrival finally arrived and I asked to have it shipped 2-day and my credit card was charged ($120) for the shipping, and that was over a week ago and still no wine. Leaves me wondering if I got scammed. After making contact, my wine was shipped overnight and they credited my card for the shipping. So in the end I got some awesome wine for my home cellar. Just wish I didn't have to go round in circles to get it.

I have really enjoyed working with all the Vinfolio folks over the past several years! Sarah, Frank, Duncan Keith & Carter (when he was with the staff). All of you have been more than helpful with the spreadsheets that you have provided to help me keep tabs on my wine shipments!! Keep up the fantastic job all you Vinfolio folks!! Larry W

Very good service and responsive staff. I don’t like taking delivery in California because of the high local sales tax, which puts Vinfolio at a competitive disadvantage.
