In 2020 VinAudit expanded operations to support the Canadian market, becoming one of two providers north of the border. Our solutions include vehicle specifications, market valuations, ownership costs, images, and inventory data feeds.

Checked for a vehicle report and received info that was available for free on some other websites! The only "non-free" data that I was given was the car mileage and the date that mileage was recorded!!! So I went contacted Vinaudit since their website mentions "guarenteed satisfaction" and they agreed that the info about the car is not in their system. So they issued a refund.

VIN Audit and the representative that I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and professional. After conducting a VIN Audit, the information that I required with VIN Audit was not made available. After calling the company and explaining the situation, they were very polite and gave me a refund. I would definitely recommend VIN Audit. Thank you.

I was interested in buying a 1968 classic car. Due to it's age I was concerned that any past history could not be obtained. Vinaudit assured me that post 1990 records if any and available could be obtained.

Sent in a request with questions & got them all answered so satisfactorly & courtesiely. I saw that you would get back in 2-3 hours but it was more like 20-30 hours so be careful what you promise. I happened to notice, only because I went to About Us page that you were open M-F 9-5 or 8-5, PST so I knew it would be awile for a response because I sent it in on mid day Sunday.

Total scam. They have agents posing as potential buyers and asking you to submit an MVA report to them first. DON’T FALL FOR IT. Use carfax instead. Scam company.

SCAM! These guys are posing as potential buyers for private vehicle sellers. (Craiglist, Kijiji, FB market place). Once they make contact they push a Motor Vehicle Report from VinAudit on the seller. DONT BUY THE REPORT! You will never hear from the person posing as a interested buyer again and your out money for the report. ICBC will provide a VIN report free of charge.

This looks like it is similar to myvinaudit.com. I had a "car buyer" that wanted to purchase my car and gave me a reference to that site. When I just sent on my VIN to him he got all nasty and said that it was my job to get the report. When I told him the site was a scam I never heard from him again. Highly suspicious. Don't waste your money or time with illegit car buyers.

Hi Anthony, My name is Andy, I'm the head of operations for VinAudit. I would like to understand the reason behind your negative feedback. Mind sharing some context here? I would also like to give you some background on VinAudit. VinAudit is an official, first-level consumer access provider for the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System. You will see us on the Government data base as an approved vehicle history provider: https://vehiclehistory.bja.ojp.gov/nmvtis_vehiclehistory We're a small business located in Kirkland, WA & we have been in the vehicle history space since 2011. To my knowledge myvinaudit.com is an unauthorized reports reseller & we have received quite a few reports about their scam. You may forward some of those emails you have received from myvinaudit.com for us to investigate further. I would also like to offer you some VinAudit Report Credits so you can pull up vehicle history reports for free. I just need your email address to set this up. Lastly, I would like to ask you how else can I bring you value so I can earn your trust and revise your feedback here. Please let me know. Best, Andy Peregrino Operations Manager VinAudit.com, Inc.
