No Customer Service
I purchased my bike, George, on February 1st and received it rather quickly. As I removed that bubble wrap from the bottom bar of the frame, I noticed a large area of chipped paint. In the chip, the silver of the bike frame can be seen. I have not assembled to bike due to my disappointment. From February 5th to currently, I have sent several emails with pictures to my@villycustom and have not received any reply, called both phone numbers and left messages with no call backs. Yes, I have registered my bike and created a claim. I just want to talk to someone to address this issue. I love the bike, yet custom service for Villy is severely poor. Think twice before purchasing. It seems that I am stuck with a defected bike, and I'm angry about it!!!
