The wrong item was sent but when I contacted them they immediately sent out the correct item. Excellent customer service!!!

I purchased a light fixture and when it arrived, it was clearly a cheap knockoff of what they were marketing. The material was supposed to be off-white and states that it is LINEN but when it arrived, it was a bright gold polyester fabric. The shape was the same but the cord and fabric were cheap and completely different than what was advertised or shown in pictures. When I tried to return the light, they wanted me to pay $300 to ship it back to China, which is more than the price of the light. I opened a dispute with my credit card company but Villenas customer service is so manipulative that they somehow got out of the dispute and now I'm stuck with this horrible light fixture. I bought the same light from a different company and it's beautiful and exactly as advertised, which is how I know Villenas is a scam.

First time to purchase. I wanted stylish wall lights for an already interesting 1955 original living room wall but didn't really need them to provide much light. These were perfect. Choosing the correct bulbs is important after purchase.

I purchased a $100 sconce from this company and it never arrived. I sent emails that were never answered. I was scammed out of $100, but hopefully my review can prevent someone else from being scammed.
