Very good customer service

I Purchased the Pins for my glass staircase and it turned out Magnificent!

Love the style and Rob was great to work with, from pre - purchase threw install!

Excellent quality well made oak railing. Packaged very well. Shipped in a box truck, box was damaged but the foam padding protected the railing from damage. Very satisfied, would recommend highly.

GREAT CHOICE! VERY HELPFUL! Easy Access, Very nice product!

The end result is fantastic, but we had to go through many re-shipments of missing parts before it all worked out. Love the rod-rail!

Viewrail’s completed product is beautiful. We had a few hiccups with production/appropriate number/type of hardware included in the shipment which delayed our project considerably. We would not use them in the future.

Awesome customer service and their products are top quality.
