Dear Michael, I’m truly sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please know that I did everything possible to fulfill your order promptly, shipping it out within one business day after your purchase, and providing free shipping across the globe. While I regret that things didn’t go as smoothly as either of us would have hoped, I’m relieved to hear that the item has now arrived. Unfortunately, I did not receive any previous emails regarding this issue, which may have ended up in spam. Regardless, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your patience throughout this process. Best regards, Jacob
