Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re deeply sorry to hear how disappointing this has been for you. It’s clear you put a lot of consistency and trust into your routine, and having the device stop working after so much effort is understandably frustrating. We completely understand why this situation would feel unfair, especially after seeing progress and staying committed for so long. While the policies around return and replacement have specific timeframes, we never want anyone to feel dismissed or unsupported. Your feedback is really important, and it’s something we take seriously as we continue improving both our product reliability and the way we communicate expectations. Your experience matters to us, and we’ll be taking your comments into account as we work to strengthen both our products and our processes.

Hi Mack, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Having a package delivered incorrectly, especially when you provided your apartment number. It is incredibly frustrating, and we understand how upsetting that must be. While final delivery is handled by the carrier, we take these situations seriously and always do our best to support our customers. We never want anyone to feel dismissed or unheard, and we’re genuinely sorry this left such a negative impression.
