We are so happy Matt and Lois provide you with great customer service! Thank you Don for leaving us a review.
I've heard buying a home is one of the biggest stresses you'll go through. I didn't know how right They were! I can't imagine not having Amber and Abigail helping us. They responded quickly to any questions and went out of their way to be patient with my multitude of questions and crystal clear with the answers. Working with them seemed a lot more like working with friends than dealing with "the mortgage folks." I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Joe, this is GREAT!! We are so proud to know Erin and Kristie knocked it out of the park for you and your wife! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Enjoy your new home!
It was an outstanding experience of a lifetime. A fantastic bound was created with the team of Michelle Huff, Lois Martin and other team members which pulled my wife and I through a somewhat complicated and challenging process which, in the end, achieved our goals. The fun part of our nearly every day discussions was exchanging weather conditions in Missouri vs Florida .

The loan process can bring some challenging, unforeseen complications but I'm so glad you had an excellent team that helped push you toward your end goals. Congratulations on your loan closing! By the way, it's going to rain and be in the low 60's in Missouri today!

It was a pleasure dealing with both Brandi Reynolds/va and Kristi Head. They made it a simple, smooth and easy to get to closing. I will tell anyone that asks to call them for help. If I decide to do any purchases or refi I will call.
