I needed more time to come up with the money to pay for my cats leg amputation. Payments are interest free.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad that a payment plan was able to help you get the services you needed for your pet.
I had my debit card hacked and they worked with me on making my payment since it couldn't go through automatically. They were kind and respectful.

Thank you for your kind review. We work hard to accommodate the pet owners and veterinarians who work with us. It's awful enough to have your card hacked; there is no reason to make that situation more stressful by not supporting you. We are glad we could help.
It was reasonable and made it possible to get my dog his surgery.

We're happy that your experience with the veterinary team at your clinic was positive and that you felt supported.
My cat had a urinary blockage back in April, and VetBilling was there to help me afford his care. Because of them I'm able to keep loving my boy. I called last Friday to ask about my bill as I was very confused why it got more expensive, Isabella was a fantastic help! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
