I agree that the customer service is poor and needs some improvement. I waited on the phone line for 20 minutes, and the lady on the phone had no idea what to do with my issue and just hung up on me!

They are good.

So far so good they are the best payment gateway that I had very used.

Poor customer service

Equity commerce has done a great job for us. Their system is easy to use, and their reponse to questions or requests for help is very prompt.

The best way to describe what the do for me is by keeping me informed by not only their very easy web site, but by e-mails and yes by USPS!. They are taking care of a very sensitive and private matter for me and at every contact with them its very apparent they understand this.

Our company constantly had people calling to get us to change merchant service providers. We were, quite frankly, satisified with our old company, and really didn't see any need to change.
