Customer service is unbelievable, no hassles, fast turnaround time, no need to keep following up to be sure your order was processed, they take care of everything and the prices are excellent. I switched from a competitor because the other guys didnt know the meaning of customer service.

Vet Approved RX is the only place to receive medications for pets. Their customer service is second to none and their prices are very competitive. I love my Vet, but the prices they are charge are a bit too much. I thank goodness for Vet Approved RX to provide the medication that I need for my pets at a price that I can afford.

Each time I place a telephone order, not withstanding the courteous person on the other end of the line, it seems as if my order arrives shortly after I hang up the phone!! Vet Approved RX is extremely sensitive and prompt with their attention to customer needs.

I'm Susan , the one who placed the order for Luna's Apoquel, and you are always polite, happy and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for you wonderful customer service and friendly people. I have recommended you to another woman who needs Apoquel for her dog and told her how wonderful you folks are. Keep up the great work.

Loved how my vet was contacted for the medication order. The medication was shipped timely and arrived within probably 4-5 days. I will definitely use your services again! Very pleased!!!

This is one of the finest companies I have found for pet needs. The selection is wide, the prices are competitive, and I never have to worry about delays in shipping. Add to that, customer service representatives are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
