My order was processed and delivered as expected, courteously and on time.

I routinely order a Dasuquin product for my dog from VetapprovedRx because of their competitive prices and free delivery. I have always received it in a timely manner without a hitch. This last time, however, I received the USPS box only, torn open and with stamps on it indicating package damage and delivered without contents. I called and they sent me a new one right away without question. I feared I would run out but they took good care of me!
