I just started using Vet Approved Rx and everything has gone smoothly. The vet's office was not providing the needed prescription but Vet Approved Rx followed up until they received the prescription. I am very happy with their customer service.

Reasonable pricing, fast-super fast-shipping.

I ordered meds for my dog and xhisewro have them UPS express delivery. I ordered on Wednesday 4/15 expecting delivery Saturday. I received an email stating they were first being mailed on Monday 4/20. I was not notified of any expected delays. I was disappointed. This is my second order that had delivery issues.

We order a prescription heartworm medication from Vetapprovedrx and our veterinarian did not respond to a request from Vetapprovedrx in a timely manner. I received a call from them to let me know they had contacted my pet's vet several times and they were working on the order. Another time I ordered a thunder shirt for our dog and it was too large. I returned the item and I was notified that they received it and were waiting on the correct size from the vendor. Within a couple of days I received notification that the shirt was mailed. They keep you informed and have the best customer service!!!
