From the time they got the prescription from my vet, to when they shipped was too long. It was approximately 8 days to ship.

I ordered some chew-able tablets to help our 8 year old yorkie's arthritis. Delivery was delayed several days due to back order. The product arrived and was the original item. The price was great and shipping was free with my order.

I will absolutely be ordering from here again. The customer service is excellent, and I received my order fast, especially considering that one of the items required a prescription from the vet. After receiving the order, there was a small mixup in the product I received, so I called them up. It was such an easy fix! They sent me the correct product with a shipping label ready to go and paid for (didn't have to pay return shipping!) - all I had to do was send in the incorrect product back to them. They also threw in some extra goodies for my little furbaby. Thank you so much, and I will be ordering from you guys again soon!
