Cancelling a new contract is usually fraught with uncertainty and on this occasion as I’d not supplied Vestigee with enough family historical information to work on, the result was disappointing and my cancellation virtually inevitable. Expecting perhaps a difficult process to go through I was delighted with a response from Lily, who accepted my decision immediately and assured me that the contract would be cancelled. Her helpful, and I must say friendly attitude has given me pause for thought, and I now intend to glean more useful family history details from close relatives and if successful try again, confident that a spirit of reasonableness and goodwill seems to be evident in Vestigee’s relationship with its customers.
