This machine has been a great…
This machine has been a great investment! I use it everyday especially the sparkle water. Only downfall i have is the replacement filter says it filters up to 350 gallons but my machine was asking me to replace it with less than 50 gallons. Not sure if it calculates time or amount of water poured.

Thank you for your review and kind words! We’re glad you’re enjoying your machine, especially the sparkling water. Our standard filter works well for most households, but water quality varies by location. Higher levels of sediment and other particles can cause filters to clog sooner than expected, and a different filter may be a better fit for your water supply. If you are able to give our tech support team a call, we can look into why the replacement reminder appeared so early and help find the right solution. If it turns out to be a faulty filter, the next one is on us!

High quality item, good Customer Service
Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful during purchase process. My Kül Spark arrived fast and we are using it heavily now. Highly recommend so far!

I hesitated to purchase this item…
I hesitated to purchase this item because we tested a comparable device previously and had to send it back. The product is high quality and is very impressive. I wish we had committed sooner. LOVE IT!
