Cancelled several times and they keep charging my cc. Just charged again today. Ughh.

I thought $1.00 was reasonable to try this plan. I read that I could cancel within a week and that would be the end of the app. Unfortunately, Verv does not have it set up to stop before a week, so I emailed to the support address to stop this application. No response. Then, $79.20 was taken from my account. I immediately contacted to the same email address for a refund with no response. I finally contacted my bank to stop payment on this recurring payment, which my bank is doing with an inquiry regarding the taking of my money without authorization. This is definitely a SCAM! I gave one star just to be able to let everyone know.

Good thing I used a pre paid card. I signed up for free trial and cancelled 3days later. Verb.com is still trying to charge me $79. Fee. Should be a better way to cancel. Set up to take ppl money.

Signed up for free trial then 79 dollars was taken from my card without authorisation. I’ve had no response to request for a refund …scammers !!

Mauvaise appli et mauvais service! Pas d’arrimage entre le cellulaire et la tablette pour l’historique des exercices. J’essaie de modifier les miles pour km et ça ne fonctionne pas. Je leur écris le 3 janvier pour avoir du support, nous sommes le 9 janvier et aucun retour! Je demande un remboursement de mon abonnement et toujours pas de nouvelles!!!!
