The suit won’t pair with my iPhone and I tried troubleshooting for at least 20 minutes, so it’s definitely an issue with the product… Very frustrating because I ordered this device about a year ago and there were delays in getting the device to me and now that I have it, it doesn’t work…

These People are spammers...so why are you working with them? They are also promoting ai which has proven to be very negative in the USA...it lies, has murdered, blackmailed and seems to be out of control of anyone. Why are they a Trust Pilot Client...anyone who deals with spammers lose all credibility with me.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered the suit in 2024. It was not delivered until 2026. It won’t turn on and it doesn’t fit (it was too loose despite following thier measurement instructions). I still wanted to try to get it to turn on and then see if I could wrap waistband trainers around it to get it to fit. I reached to customer service several times to get a replacement, get a refund, or some other resolution if they could help me get it to work but that was not successful. Apparently I was lucky to have gotten a response at all but thier response was that they are not responsible for providing a functioning product to customers who purchased the suit before they changed ownership. It’s my understanding that when a buisness changes ownership, the new owners take on the pre-existing contractual obligations of a buisness to third parties as a condition of purchasing a buisness. They’re probably accurately assuming folks won’t take legal action because it would be cheaper to purchase a new suit from a competitor than it would be to sue them for a refund or replacement. If anyone gets mad enough to invest the time and money into suing them, it would be worth seeing if seeing if there are enough people for a class action.

I’m new to EMS training and didn’t know what to expect, but the Katalyst suit has completely won me over. I used to work out almost every day until I burned out on the time and effort of going to the gym. With Katalyst, workouts are fast, incredibly efficient, and easy to fit into the day. I actually enjoy the muscle stimulation—it feels like a rapid, rhythmic massage while your muscles are fully engaged. After only four sessions I can already feel my muscles tightening. The Katalyst app is also impressive, with a huge library of high-quality guided workouts that will take years to work through. The suit itself feels premium—beautifully built, comfortable, and very easy to adjust during workouts. It’s a smart, high-end system that makes getting a great workout simple again. More people should know about this! Highly Recommended.

happy with this project

The Katalyst Base Layer works really well-comfortable, warm, and great for workouts. The sleeves are a bit shorter than I’d prefer, but overall it’s a solid, high-quality set.

I’ve owned the suit for a year. The water bottle pump broke. Ordered a new one 7 weeks ago. Still has not shipped. Emailed customer support 3 weeks ago for ETA and got an auto-responder saying rhey are overwhelmed with support requests and would take a few days to respond. Never heard back. E-mailed again a week later and never heard back. Will be submitting a chargeback for the order since their customer service is MIA.

I loved the Katalyst suit to start. It was a great workout, very efficient, and rewarding. But the experience has really gone downhill fast. I can't get anyone to respond to issues with the suit. The chest component stopped working and I used the suit without it. Now the arm bands won't work. I've tried to get in touch with support on multiple occasions and the only responses I get are that they are very busy and will get back to me soon (still hasn't happened after months). They also chastised me for sending in more than one support message. I've tried to cancel with no response, so now I'll be using my credit card company to help me cancel and resolve this issue that Katalyst can't be bothered to assist with.
