First, a credit didn't work. So I called them. And then second, they hung up on me. That's the opposite of customer service, so I must do a review. In a separate incident, I was lied to about the cost of paying for my bill over the phone versus in-person. I am nice to not do two separate reviews.

I could NOT imagine a Company with worse CS than Spectrum, but these guys are something sooo UNNERVING.45 min to speak to someone, lines dropped. plus reps give you the runaround. failure lead to lost customers

I cut the cord and now have live tv via Hulu. So much better and cheaper. Bill dropped from 250 to 43. I was very hard to cancel the service and I still have not received the credit for cable boxes.

A horrible experience for anyone, but especially my 85 year old mother. Her service went out (copper landline) on President's Day, Monday 2/19/18. We called and reported that day. It took 1/2 hour to reach someone who spoke English in the United States. Scheduled a repair for the next morning, 8-12 pm. Nobody shows up. Nobody texts me or calls me to explain anything. They just pull a no-show. My 85 yr old mother waits all day for Verizon. I monitor the repair online and see that the case is still open and call Verizon. They say sorry, they're so busy but will be out the next day, 1-5 pm. The next day, nobody shows up. Nobody calls me or texts me or does anything. They pull another no-show. I call at 5:15 pm because I can see online that the repair ticket is still open. The agent tells me that they are not coming out to repair the line. Period. He says if she wants to switch to Fios then I can talk to somebody else to schedule that. WHAAAAAAAT????? Who runs a business like this? Who treats a customer like this? Who lets an 85 yr old woman sit and wait for two days without at least sending someone out there to talk to her? If I could take Verizon to court and charge them with criminal negligence I would. She is canceling her service, and I am cancelling my wireless service as well. She has been a customer since 1966! Same number, same phone line, pays on time - an ideal, loyal customer!! And this is how they treat her. I have been a wireless customer since 2001 and I am going elsewhere because I am appalled and disgusted with how this whole situation was handled by Verizon. And my 85 year old mother, when I drove over there tonight to tell her that Verizon refused to fix her line, after her initial shock and questions, she actually looked at me and said: Well, F*** them. And that's exactly how I feel. GOODBYE VERIZON.

Been with them for 10 years and pay way to expensive prices . And they will not lower .

Verizon home- THE WORST. Trying to return their router and can't get anyone on the phone to just get a mailing address or return label. I gave up after multiple tries on multiple days.

Surprisingly excellent experience.

I am a single mother on disability. I find the cycle of machine driven hell to be deathfully frustrating. It is nearly impossible, trying to get a human on the phone is damn near impossible and I have sunk more money into this company than I have paid for my daughter's clothes in the last 2 years. The sad part is... That totals $100 and I am as broke as a joke. Verizon needs to STOP out-sourcing customer service jobs.
