Hello Matthew, thank you for the wonderful review! Hearing that your provider was friendly and made a great impression means the world to us. Thank you for trusting Veriheal with your care!
Doctor was 15 minutes late to the appointment. I then have to call back two weeks later to renew, but I was told I needed to speak to a doctor two weeks prior or my license would be void. This is not true. Why do I have to call Veriheal and ask them to do their job two weeks later that I already paid them to do? I SHOULDN'T! I definitely won't be using this company any further. I have issues with them EVERY SINGLE TIME. In fact, this is the second doctor since I dismissed the first one for always forgetting to do her job! As soon as our appointment was over, she would forget that her job isn't over! She has to renew my prescription, but that moron would always forget. Veriheal is a total shit show. You've been warned.

Hello Gene, thank you for sharing your feedback with us! You are right that we connect patients with amazing doctors, and that any steps beyond certification depend on state regulations. However, for certain qualifying states, we do offer assistance with state registration at an additional cost, as well as more in-depth consultations. If you are interested, please reach out to one of our dedicated care team members. They will be glad to equip you with the exact information you need for your area of interest and help bridge any gaps in your care. Thank you for choosing Veriheal, and we wish you all the best!
