WHAT HAPPENS WHEN VERIHEAL MISSES THEIR APPOINTMENTS!!!

Veriheal doctors missed my last TWO(2) renewal appointments. Veriheal states on their website that if the patient misses the appointment with the doctor that there will be $25 fee. So what happens when the doctors miss the patient’s appointment?😡 Oh wait, TWICE!!!😡😡😡 So they have you call in ten minutes early for your appointment, and then they say to wait on the phone for an additional 10 or 15 minutes AFTER the appointment time for the DR to show up. That’s about TWENTY FIVE minutes of waiting around on the phone in a car. Once you figure out that the doctor is NOT GOING TO SHOW UP, you give up and call customer service and have to go through the whole spiel with them and hope that they understand what’s going on. The second time this happened(about a week or two ago) I was back on the phone with customer service when the doctor that missed the appointment was calling me back!?!?. Now I’m on the phone with both of them trying to figure out how this could possibly be happening TWICE!!!!! The Veriheal Reschedule Runaround!!! So what extra fees does the patient get to charge Veriheal for when Veriheal misses the patient’s appointment? The renewal process at Veriheal sucks! UPDATE!!!! Veriheal has since reached out to me and has refunded me $50!!! Thank you for listening, AND making things right. I will continue using their services.
