I live in PA and I have no health insurance and I had no idea where to begin the process of applying for a card. Listen - I know, your "This seems sketchy..." alarm might be going off looking at this webpage, seems like too good to be true, can't be this easy, etc...right? Nope. 100% legit. I pre-applied for my Pennsylvania MJ #, so when I met the online doc here, it was just a short consult and while STILL ON THE CALL I got the email from Pennsylvania's Med MJ registry that I was certified. I paid my $50 later that day to the state, and here I am 6 days later with the card in my hand. Trust this place, it's for real and less expensive than finding a doc yourself, IMO.
