VerihealReviews of veriheal.com

Easy, fast, convenient, great availability

Aya was very considerate to ensure I received the alerts to renew on time and to receive the discounted value. She helped set up my appointment with Dr. Irina Staicu with ease. Dr. Staicu is always a pleasure to work with!

Thank you for your service

Easy peasy. Everything is done online. I think it could be less expensive, but I think it is worth the $$ considering how much $$ you save at dispensaries having the medical card.

Do not use them. First time was ok. Renewal process a different story. You wont get approved from NJ with them. It won't happen. NJ state rejects thier credentials. Resent documents multiple times. Rejects every time.

My experience with Veriheal has been incredibly frustrating, and I won't be using them again. My Pennsylvania medical cannabis card was set to expire on June 15. Beginning months before that, Veriheal repeatedly emailed me telling me it was time to schedule my renewal appointment. I followed their instructions and scheduled my appointment in March. What I wasn't told was that the appointment was too early for the renewal to be submitted to the state. Then, to make matters worse, my physician never submitted my renewal at all. It's now July 9, my card has expired, and I still can't purchase medical cannabis. I'm now stuck waiting for the doctor to finally submit the paperwork, and then I have to wait up to another 21 days for the state to issue a new card—all because the renewal wasn't handled properly. The entire process feels poorly managed. If you're going to aggressively remind customers to schedule renewals months in advance, you should also ensure those appointments are timed appropriately and that the required paperwork is actually submitted. Instead, I'm left without access to my medication because of a process that should have been routine. The most frustrating part is that I can literally drive across the bridge to New Jersey and legally purchase cannabis recreationally without any medical card, yet I'm paying for a medical certification service that failed to complete a basic renewal. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Veriheal. Their communication may be persistent, but their follow-through was nonexistent.

My ultimate goal is to achieve my MMIC (medical marijuana identification card) for California. Getting a doctors approval is one of the steps. For California to verify the doctor a short fax is sent to the doctors office and once they respond you get your MMIC. I am unable to get the needed information. I can't get a fax number or the address. Without this information I can not apply for my MMIC. It is now Thursday and I have been trying since Monday and I still don't have the information. I received an email with half the information and was told that was it. No fax number and no address. This does not work. So far this has been a rip off if you want your MMIC.

This has to be the worst company you can go with. They made me pay them to re-up their service saying my MM certification would expire this month. So I paid them and I did the teledoc visit. When I went to the state website to actually renew the card, my card wasn't expiring for 7 more months and you can't renew it until 60 days prior to expiration. So I had to pay to re-up my certification now but I'm expected to remember to go to the state site 5 months from now to actually get my card renewed. I started with Veriheal when I got my initial card years ago so the renewal dates should be around the same time. If something changed that created this 5-7 month gap between renewing with them and renewing the actual medical card with the state, they need to deal with that, not make it more difficult on their customer. Nobody has been able to explain why my certification and my card now renew months apart. (There's actually more BS that went on here regarding Veriheal just trying to get your money ASAP even if it's going to complicate getting your certification renewed, but I'll be back to explain that part if I don't get my money back) In addition to all of this, I needed to get a number from the Veriheal appointed doctor every year when I renewed and have that number ready when I go to the state website to renew the actual card. This year the Veriheal appointed doctor didn't mention the number so I asked about it. He said I don't need a number anymore. When I went to the state website I learned about the part where I can't renew my card for 5 more months AND it was asking for that number that the doctor said I don't need. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Just google. There are cheaper options now and I doubt they make it as complicated as Veriheal does. Renewal has never really gone smoothly with hoops to jump through or some other kind of hiccup, but it's never been this much of a problem before. Also, In shopping around I'm starting to see that other companies that do what Veriheal does take care of a lot of the hoop jumping for you. (UPDATE: I am dealing with two of those other companies now and they walk you through everything, unlike Veriheal where they email you that there's a problem and it's holding up your certification but give you a link to click and leave you to try to figure out how to fix it on your own) UPDATE: I have asked three different people if I can just get my money refunded so I can go with a competent company and all three either don't respond or respond without mentioning my question about the refund. HERE'S ANOTHER UPDATE: Nobody is responding to emails now because these people aren't to be trusted and they saw the word refund. I just tried to call the phone number in one of their email signatures and the phone number is not in service. Pathetic. These people are bad at what they do and they run the place like a fake jewelry kiosk in a shopping mall. Go with someone else. Anyone else. And save the response, Veriheal. If you could email a response to your customers' questions in as coherent a fashion as you respond on here once people are fed up with you, you might not have to respond to all these bad reviews in the first place. It's you, not us.
