Absolutely useless app.

Tried to use it for a return flight from Italy. The app was unable to read my Covid test as this was not done at one of the approved suppliers. Tried to find a list of such testing centers but neither the app nor Google was able to provide a single name for my area in Italy.

Appalling interface. Low quality software. Not intuitive. But the worse thing is that it gives you incorrect advice. My advice? Don’t bother with it and just present your info at the airport.

Recently downloaded and used the app for a return trip to the Caribbean via British Airways. I found the app relatively easy to use, and it did save a great deal of time at Gatwick by using the dedicated BA VeriFly check in queue. Only slight problem was using the QR scanner for UK.Gov documents for the return trip but was easily rectified by using my partners phone. Overall no problems at all with it.

A total waste of time. Forget the BA recommendation. Noone checked anything. It's just an aggregator app and glorified checklist. Doesn't seem to be joined up to anything. Where were the dedicated veriFLY queues?

Trying to add flight details but it only comes up with air lingua or American Airlines app is total rubbish.

Absolutely useless service. Do not confirm by email, so not respond to messages, cause airlines to reject online check in. Never use this sham again
