No stars would be more appropriate as there's nothing to recommend it at all. Flying to Vancouver today but can't add in a flight from Edinburgh to Heathrow first. No support. Haven't been able to check in online. A rubbish App.

Poor app with even worse support. Not capable of recognising a PCR test taken within 72 hours of flight to Tobago. Sent screen shots of error and copies of PCR tests to be told there's nothing they can do and just to check in at airport - just hope we can get seats together.

Another attempt to use Covid to rip people off - only 'approved' testing centres accepted, ie approved by Verifly, which seems none of the ones recommended by UK government site. If not you have to pay an accreditation fee.

Rubbish App. Still asking for a negative Covid test when Antigua stopped this requirement weeks ago. Developers obviously don't care. BA should remove any requirement to use Verifly

This should be a great help when travelling to countries who demand Covid documentation. Unfortunately the incredible hassle getting the Verifly app to load and interact just makes it too much trouble. It took over 2 hours to get documents loaded into the app, most of the time watching the buffering circle going round and round. BA promote the app heavily but have abandoned the dedicated Verifly check in positions at Gatwick and never had any at overseas airports I visited. Saving maybe 4 minutes at check in not having to present paperwork (which you are advised to carry anyway) is not worth the hours of stress the night before just trying to get the Verifly app to work.

Absolutely terrible, just go to the NHS website it’s easier and human 😒

Very difficult to use.

Very bad, confusing, useless. The app is requesting covid test and vaccine witch we do not need to fly where I am going to and make me unable to checkin online! Give a bad impression about British Airways.
