Great platform!

In general, I have a good experience, but it was a few dysfunctions regarding connection. The community is friendly, and you can choose a very large variety of tutors. My rating would be between three and four.

Me encanta verbling, pues no sólo me permite aprende nuevos idiomas sino también me permite enseñar el español, que es mi lengua natal. Muy buena plataforma.

Highest rating possible. Verbling site is well-designed, intuitive, and user-friendly. It's the best platform for finding a language teacher that you really click with.

So far I have scheduled 2 lessons... and neither time has the tutor turned up. The first session I received a message moments before saying they needed to reschedule, which was inconvenient but okay. However, the second time it was just a no-show. Pretty unacceptable and I will be hoping for a financial refund to spend elsewhere (not just credits).

I haven't even started my lessons and I am already very frustrated because your calendar is an absolute nightmare! At any point I cannot see my schedule clearly on a one sheet calendar. I cannot see my booked lessons and my teachers free time slots on one sheet/calendar. I would love to be able to click on that kind of calendar and keep on booking lessons. Booking classes/times is not easy/simple/intuitive at all, let allong transparent! I am wasting a huge amount of my time just to figure this out! And it takes a lot of time for the calendar to refresh and show the new/changed schedule. I am not at all happy with this platform in regards to booking times with my teacher! I hope this will change during the time I use it.

El mejor cosa sobre verbling es la respuesta rápida por el servicio de atención al cliente. Y ellos parecen seriamente interesado en resolver el problema de cliente. Todavía estoy teniendo problemas con ver el calendario del profesor en una página completa,con las fechas y los días sólo aparecen en la parte superior y no en la parte inferior. Entonces, necesito cancelar e intentar de nuevo para programar la clase en el día correcto, hacer esto ciegamente.

Love that it is so easy to use and find teachers and then to book them immediately. Easy payment system. The ability to see documents and video of faces and also have the flash card system is brilliant. Best one I have used.
