Not only is the product fantastic, the customer service was beyond belief. I received my Venty fan and it wasn’t working. I immediately emailed customer service and was surprised how quickly I got a response. They had me take a few pictures and do a couple of tests and they instantly replaced my defective product. The fact that they came up with an instance solution says a lot about the character of this company.

I had an issue with a second Venty fan I had purchased. Nina with customer service was Awesome through the whole process of helping me figure out how to resolve the issue I was having. in the end they sent me a New fan!!!!! Great Customer Service!!! I LOVE Venty Fans!!!!! NINA ROCKS!!!!

Purchased a fan for our 10 day trip to the Caribbean last year and it worked great!! Easy to pack in suitcase. Easy to use. Enjoyed the extra air flow and the sound so I can sleep. Did have an issue this year with it charging and contacted customer service and they handled it right away. Great company!!

Excellent product from an excellent company. A small electrical fault was rectified with a replacement fan at speed. The customer service is second to none and after the sumer of 2026 I will never be without my Ventyfan. It really does last 48 hours on a single charge.
