I received my package yesterday and all I can say is, what a presentation! I received the compounded formula along with all the peripherals from the actual prescription paper with instructions down to the disinfectant wipes. I will start my regime next week but I can say I am impressed so far. Hoping to have a lomg standing relationship if the regime works for me. Thanks VelvetRx

This is for customer service only at this time as I have not received the product. I purchased over the weekend and by Monday my credit card had been charged and I had no email or order confirmation. I contacted them and they kept telling me to log in. I could not log in as it stated "my account was not found. Emails back and forth within a few hours and finally I seen the problem right as they seen the problem. As far as customer service, it has been excellent as when I say we went back and forth with support emails for a few hours, it was a few hours in one day. I will follow up if needed regarding the product.

Very smooth company and if there is only 1 small knock is the dosing is a little ambiguous! It tells me to take 2 to 3 times a week as directed. However, nothing tells me exactly what to take.

Buyer beware I order Nad the product should be carried out in cold they send it with two days delivery arrived hot with the dry ice melt hot I ask to be reimbursed or sent another order with the appropriate way they said NO!!!
