I didn't have to interact with the claims adjuster, everything was handled by my service advisor and claims adjuster.

I rated a four star for the fact of Me having to pay for a Bulb which was $700 due to shorting out. Who is to say the electrical problems with the truck we’re not the cause???

Had to use Allstate Vehicle Protection twice on a used vehicle I bought. Experience 5 star. I'm happy that I took this protection out on my vehicle. Great protection.
