Your customer service team never got back to me regarding my last email and concern. When I called your US customer service phone numbers, I was told to speak Vietnamese or send an email, which I did. Was very disappointing.

My order is not arriving yet

I buy cream mask I order November 24/2024 before thinksgiving but now almost Christmas I not received yet. I call customer service I ask about my order why I order but a month I not receive the customer service curse me .😡not nice and not good customer service.i think I never buy something again.

Actiscar is very expensive and i get half products. It is very small and i was surprised to see i get a Little part of the bottle. I am very disapointed 🥲

It took too long to get my order . More than 2 weeks instead of one week on the website lol

i did show my id to website shop but USPS did not delivery to me. They gave gmail pickup and i did go to the office usps( they give address to gmail) for pickup my order but they still say it not have in stockpile, they told me it did redelivery and now i didn’t see the package delivery.
