The wireless contacts work flawlessly and the web-based controls make it easy to check the status (and let someone in if there's an emergency) wherever you are. Also they are pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

We would like to have an annual checkup to make sure our system is working properly. Also, my wife Judy called to inquire about adding cameras to our system and no one ever called her back

I've had this service for over 10 years and am very pleased with the consistency. We trigger our alarms accidentally in our new home, and the responses are timely, thorough and cordial.

Was told one thing about the contract that I had but ended up with a three year contract about the cost of another alarm company with cameras and cell phone technology. Spoke with Vector about it to no avail. Will never in my life purchase another system nor recommend them!

I have used the services of Vector Security for over 20 Years. Vector has provided services in my own home as well as several businesses I manage. They have always provided great service at a competitive cost. There sales and service professionals have always been able to come up with security solutions for all different types of facilities that I need protected. I manage a wide array buidings and no two buildings are the same. Vector Security is always bringing new products that can be used in our buildings for my consideration.I would highly recommend Vector Security for all security needs.

There have been a few occasions that required the intervention of Vector. On each of these occasions their response was timely and appropriate.

We have been Vector clients for 10 years. We live overseas and trust them to keep watch over our home. If I have one area of improvement I might suggest, it would be to shorten the time between the alarm going off and the contact from Vector to verify that everything is in order. 1-2 minutes would be preferable to 5-6 minutes, which is the norm.
