It's been 2 months that I ordered i didn't receive my booster very bad service

I ordered two rolls of sand paper in early December. One roll arrived within a few days, the other roll has still not arrived five weeks later. I have sent Toolant three e-mails about this problem, but have not received a reply to any of the e-mails.

Sockets fit both metric and standard/SAE/inch nuts and bolt-heads (as well as other shapes). Drivers include both metric and standard hex/L/Allen keys (as well as other shapes). Remarkable. Had an issue with the ratchet in the wrench giving way under moderate torque, particularly in the loosen direction. Contacted customer support who, after a delay due to a holiday, were very responsive and made things right by replacing the defective wrench.

Toolant sent me a great little 43 piece Mini Ratchet Set for an honest review. While it is easily a 5 star item by the sum of its parts. Having a nice mini flex head ratchet with both 1/4" hex and 1/4" square drives for bits and sockets on the same device. A good complement of 1" hex bits in metric and standard hex (Allen) sizes. Along with the same 1" length Torx, Phillips and Square drive bits. 2" Philips bits, a hex to square drive converter and short bit holder extension. All the above have really good fit and finish and exceptional number marking on the bits. Now for the issue removing 1 star. While the sockets which are included are very acceptable low cost items with tooling very reminiscent of Gear Wrench, or Duralast. The big almost failure is the plastic packaging, specifically the way the sockets are held in place without being restrained from falling loose in the closed package. When closed there is nothing but open space above each socket so the slightest bump encourages most all the sockets to fall loose in the packaging. In fact when I recieved this item no single socket was in it's proper place. Unfortunately while I believe this was a beta test device last week it is now for sale and should not be shipped until an easy 5th star fix is applied. For my package, not having the proper closed cell foam to cut to size, I merely rolled up a thin sheet of packing foam, and used tape to create a block to fit in the closed case above the sockets. Now it no longer rattles, much less looses sockets from any bump as hard as you might try.

Great, easy to carry ratchet set. It’s small, tiny, and useful. I’ll probably want a few extra so I can give them away. #toolanttool

I saw an add for this company on a Social Media site, after going to their website and looking at all of their products I was very pleased. Also on their website I saw an offer to Beta test their products!!! I was a little skeptical but I figured "why not", so I filled out the online form and a couple weeks later I got their tools. Now there is a short list of products to choose from , you make your selection and you get an email telling you what you will be getting. The quality of the product I can't say enough about, I received the Four-Stage drill bits.

I tested the T-REX Carbide Teeth Oscillating Tool Blades with Titanium Coating and I like it😃 I saw their ads on Youtube Channel about oscillating saw blades samples for free on Toolant.com and I went ahead and get the samples itself for free, The blades are very good and I am wishing if they can let me try more.

I bought some screwdriver bills on its website. I have to say the quality is beyond my expectation but the delivery is not below the average, they said they are on the way to solving it! They changed my view of "made in china"!
