The only issue I can recall in the three plus years that we've had Vector Security occurred during a town-wide power outage - just wanted to know how long the battery backup would function after power loss (48 hours). Thankfully, I've never had the opportunity to test out just how well the response times are- and hopefully I never will.

Customer Service is prompt, courteous, professional and very helpful. I feel my dwelling is very secure. I highly recommend Vector Security.

My alarm system keep going on and off, call them, the say the will not look at it until my bill is current.WOW.

I love it when a company responds to a request and delivers what they promised - earlier than anticipated! Great Customer Service keeps a company's ratings high!! So incredibly important!!!

Support always prompt and courteous. On site personnel are knowledgable and pleasant. Good service throughout the organization. Credit personnel are supposed to be on top of collectibles, but yours are over the top. Stopped even responding to any messages I receive from them.
