Not happy with the service provided. Have an issue with the system and cannot get anyone to solve it after calls.

We had some problems with the reliability of the system (false alarms due to smoke detectors) and didn't get the best response initially from Vector's branch. However, after writing an online review, the branch manager reached out and is doing what is needed to address the problems. I'm optimistic that things will work out, and will come back and give them some more stars towards the end of 2017 after everything is settled.

I have had very little trouble with my system. When I do call I get immediate attention. No complaints.

Technicians to come out our outstanding however the scheduler never seems to be at the office when I call and they take my number and say she will call me back and I invariably have to call her several times to schedule my support call. I also think many of the products are high maintenance such as the LiftMaster for the garage which seems to get out of sync with my modem from time to time. Also the door locks with the touchpad have batteries that need to be replaced in our difficult to change.

I would recommend Vector to all my friends, in fact my next door neighbor already had hers installed. A very user friendly security system.
