Victor Security is okay. I feel you'll need to give more up grade for long time customers. Maybe some free, as a think you, such as adding to the system with a helpful fire & video monitoring system.

After the hurricane our system was unable to communicate with the monitoring center for several weeks. They called every night at 11 pm to tell us this. Then they told us it was because of the cell towers being down which was not true. Finally after 3 weeks of no service they came and changed our box. This was not acceptable service.

Expeditious Vector's personnel was expeditious in the installation of our alarm system and most expeditious in response to alarms (smoke). Courteous staff. Would highly recommend.

Great service! Easy to read/operate pad. I had Vector Security at my other house. Calling and scheduling appointments is easy, quick. I'd recommend them.

I'm not really sure what I'm paying for every month, it seems the price of this just keeps going up. When I checked back into ADT they were only a quarter of the price that I'm paying Vector. I may have to go back to them. The whole reason I went with Vector was because you were less than ADT, now ypi are so much more than them

Monthly charges for security systems will vary based on the type of system you have, whether you have mobile services to control your system from your phone, or additional devices are added to a security system such as lights, locks, and cameras. These are just a few items to keep in mind when comparing prices. We also provide one of the best service warranties in the industry.
