We sell awesome stuff so you can give the best gifts. When it comes to presents, there's only so many coffee shop gift cards a person can get. That's where we come in. At Vat19, we only have one rule: if we sell a product, it's got to be curiously awesome. Since that's our only criteria, we have something unique for everybody.

I ordered almost a hundred bucks worth of Christmas gifts, and it was stolen off our porch almost immediately after delivery. We contacted them, and Richard offered a refund or replacement without any questions, something they didn't have to do. It wasn't their fault, but they quickly fixed the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.

I kind of wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this for Christmas. I ordered the mega box after watching some unboxing youtube videos. They all said you get more than you would pay for individually, so I thought "what the hell..." My daughter talks non-stop about this site so I wanted to surprise her with a big box of stuff. The package sat outside overnight so I had to open it up to make sure nothing froze that shouldn't have. I mean... the total items added to just above the $78 I paid for it. Roughly $83. One of the items was the rubberband shotgun which is priced at $35, so that was basically half the price of the box. A potato chip maker will be kind of nice I guess to make chips... The recycled wallet is neat in theory... and the vat19 keychain.. I guess my point is if you are getting this for a child, don't. The pricier items are more for adults than kids. I don't think she's going to be excited to make potato chips but who knows and while a minimalist wallet is kind of neat, she has no use for it. If I had known the price variance was going to be so minimal, I would have just let her pick a few things off the site. So maybe go that route instead. I was more going for the surprise and assuming the box would be worth more than I paid for it.

Thanks for your review. I'm so sorry that you were disappointed with the items in your Mystery Box. We try to include a little something to appeal to a wide range of ages and interests, and the boxes are not specifically designed for any particular age group.
never shipped my stuff i ordered and i contacted them, and it said we will get back to you in one day. three days later...

I have ordered your small mystery box last April & it was full of fun, but I was very dissapointed in the mystery box I ordered my nephew this past August & so was he. There was no gummy fun products included, only Dr Pepper twizzlers which I could have bought for him at the dollar store. You say that what you get in the box is cheaper than buying the individual items, but that is only because you inflate the price of the items you sell.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your Mystery Box. We tend to avoid including items that could melt (such as gummy) during the summer. We strive to include a variety of popular items and we ALWAYS ensure that the retail value of the items included are more than the retail price of the box itself. I would also like to point out that we automatically update our prices daily to be as competitive as possible with other online retailers such as Amazon and Walmart. I bought the “mega” mystery box for my two boys, ages 9 and 11 to share for Easter. First, I only ordered from the site because the boys talk about it non-stop because of their great advertising which is extremely misleading..this “mega” box ($75) is very small...looks nothing like the one online...it was also full of absolutely nothing they would have chosen themselves ...my fault...thus the mystery. In my option not at all worth the cost..now I’m stuck having to buy more gifts, and I have a box full of junk..ugh.

Customer service here is 100% great and friendly they understood my problem and found an immediate solution. The sight is great and has a lot of fun products for young and old to enjoy. Great dealing with a company with such high standards!

I ordered the large box of mystery because of the videos I had watched . When I received it looked more like the small box that had been reviewed online. As much as I wanted to get this for my son’s I don’t think what I received was worth the money.
