3 vases arrived completely broken (17% of my order!) and they refused to honor their return policy. I travel for work, so when the vases arrived I placed them carefully inside my home but then I left for work for a few weeks; when I returned and opened the packages I filed a claim. They stated that they only give you 15 days to file a claim, and used that to refuse to honor their return policy. I have picture proof, showing the damage while still in the original packaging, but that didn't matter to them. Beware if you purchase from them, be quick or they will not help you.
