The customer service is slow to respond and has generally been unhelpful. The instructional video provided for changing the part I needed had no audio other than whispering that wasn’t in English, and it wasn’t even my model of scooter. They are more interested in closing a support ticket than actually helping the customer.

Varla makes a good product for sure. They need to expand their online store to include the Falcon parts. When I needed to replace the kick stand I purchased the he closest model which is the Pegasus. While it wasn't there fault it didn't fit there was no other option. I contacted customer support twice and they finally responded after the 2nd attempt. After a lot of back and forth they finally sent me an invoice for the Falcon kick stand. So on top of 40 dollars for the first one it was another 32 dollars for the second one. They did discount the second one but the whole process was poorly executed. Also the only reason I needed the part was because they used cast aluminum. I get wanting to save weight but steel has more give and flexibility. Bad design really.q Overall try his is my second one so again mostly well built and good prices.

I sent multiple emails cancelling an order and no one answered until the package was sent , I then rejected the delivery as I was told and was never informed on the return again until my credit card company billed me for it .

Customer service absolutely sucked!!!
