I love my Summit, and Valium replaced it under warranty when I had a battery issue with my original one. Their customer service however leaves a lot to be desired. They are impossible to reach by phone and are slow to respond to emails. Shipping is also absurdly overpriced.

Great product, but expensive accessories . Love the durability and simple design as well as the app.

Hard to draw if the herb is powdered. Also difficult to get the pipe cleaner to exit the heating chamber.

I've used vaporizers for close to 20 years, and the Summit Plus is by far the best yet! I have an electrical plug in unit that i still use occasionally, but since the upgraded design of the Summit Plus I'll be using it exclusively! The original Summit had some design issues, and Vapium was very good honouring their warrantee replacing two original units. Now that the issues have been addressed in the new design, I'm very happy to reccomend this vaporizer to friends and collegues. Well done Vapium!!

Awesome vape! Very nice design and it works like a charm. Very little to no smell in the vapor as well!

I will copy the email I sent the company upon purchase and discovery of these flaws. I sent this email February 21st and it is now March 19. I have not heard a single word of reply from the company, save to inform me I sent the email correctly. Also worth mentioning is I have an Arizer Solo and Extreme Q, as well as a Flowermate Mini Pro and all four perform much better. I have also used the Davinci Ascent, Pax/2, G Pen Elite, and countless other less expensive portable vapes. I have not come across a single one that produces less vapor (or on most settings any vapor at all). It has to be set at one of the two highest settings to get any visible vapor even on black backing with light positioned for better measurement, and even then after numerous session attempts, half the flower is still green, not even yellow. I wish I could get my money back. A real shame as the concept is great. Email as follows: "I have just recently bought your vaporizer for a ski trip I ended up missing. Today is the first day I have tried it. My model has shipped with two flaws. First and most important the charge cable does not fit snug in the charge port. I had to arrange the vape and cable with a feather touch to keep the vape charging. Literally touching the cable or the vape while charging disconnects the two from proper connection and charging ceases. The second flaw is the bluetooth pairing. I have tried pairing it with my current Galaxy S4, my girlfriends iphone 6, an old iphone 4s and a galaxy s5. All of them pair with it, but none of them are able to control the unit using the app. I tried updating the firmware through all four and it says no devices found. None show up when I scan either. I am much more concerned with the charging issue than the bluetooth, though I would like the device to work 100% What is the procedure for solving these problems? Thanks"

We are sorry to hear you have had a poor experience with your SUMMIT+ device. Your case was brought to our customer service representative attention and a response was sent on the 21st. A copy of the response is included in the below. Dear Eric, Thank you for reaching out to us with this inquiry. I'm more than happy to assist you. I'm very sorry to hear you're experiencing this difficulty. I'd like to try and determine whether it's the Summit's charge port that is defective or if it's the cable itself. Would you by any chance have another USB cable around that you can try using it with? Also please try charging in different outlets. Is it possible for you to take a picture of the charge port and attach it in a reply to this email? To pair your phone to your Summit, you will first have to uninstall and download the app again. Once you have downloaded the app follow these steps. -Press and hold the GO button for 3 seconds until it lights up blue. -Feel the vibration notification -Battery Level is displayed for one second -Blinking temperature LED indicates warming of heating chamber -Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone -With the App open select Connect or Settings and the screen on the right will show, hit scan and your Vapium will show in the list of devices. -Select the Vapium device The unit will flash blue when connected and the Connect button within the app will be green. If this does not help please let me know and I will be happy to initiate warranty services for you and have your Summit properly functioning as quickly as possible. If warranty services are necessary, please provide me with the following information. -Proof of purchase ( attach a picture of the itemized receipt or bank statement to an email) -Color of your device -First and last name -Mailing address If there is ever anything we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to our customer service department Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST. We appreciate your choice to work with us, and look forward to the opportunity to do so again in the future. Have a wonderful day! Best Regards, Vapium Support
