I’m really impressed with the great value for the prices here. Everything is reasonably priced without sacrificing quality, which is hard to find these days. On top of that, the customer service is exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure customers have a positive experience. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.

I tried VapeMarkdown once just to test them, and now I don’t shop anywhere else. Their packaging is clean, everything comes on time, and the quality is always great. I really appreciate how easy they are to talk to when I have questions, they actually care and it shows.

Vapemarkdown is honestly one of the best online vape shops I’ve ordered from. They ship super fast, their customer service is always on point, and they have a huge variety of top-tier products. Never disappoints!

I was a long term customer and generally had great experiences until recently. They almost never had my specific vape in stock and never in the quantities I wanted. My next to last order with them was made up of numerous brands because none of my choice was available again. Out of the seven vapes I ordered, two worked and nowhere for as nearly long as advertised. When I reordered, I left a very clear message in the messages section of the order form. Zero response. ZERO! I’ve moved on to another source.

Hi Tammara, Thank you for your review. We looked into your order history and did find the message you’re referring to — however, it was placed inside the Order Comments box on the checkout page. This section is only visible to the warehouse for packing notes and is not connected to our customer support system, which is why no response was sent. We apologize for the confusion and understand how it may have felt like you weren’t heard. For any product issues or assistance, we always recommend contacting us at [email protected], where messages go directly to our support team. You can also reach us through our Contact Us page here: http://www.vapemarkdown.com/crm.asp?action=contactus We also noticed your order was placed on September 24, and this is the first time we’re seeing these concerns. Had we received an email, call, or support ticket at the time, we would have been happy to help resolve the defective items immediately. My name is Steve, and I will personally review and resolve this issue for you. Please feel free to call me directly at 813-777-9574 so I can assist you one-on-one. We value your past business and would still be glad to help if you reach out through the proper support channels.
