I purchased a Charm bed frame from Valyōu Furniture that collapsed twice under normal use in less than two weeks — once while my partner and I were asleep and once while my partner was getting into bed. Mind you we are not huge people and have a combined weight of less than 350 pounds. The center support beam broke initially; we replaced it ourselves with solid oak to try to keep the bed we had waited a long time for. But even after replacing the center support beam because the corner joints are too loose with too much give, the mattress fell through to the floor a 2nd time. This product posed a serious safety risk. When I filed a warranty claim through the merchant’s warranty company (Propair), I responded with photos, but was told the claim was closed for “lack of response” several hours after I submitted the requested documentation. I requested a refund but was told they could just send me replacement parts. I told them we had already replaced the broken part and the frame still failed. Then they told me they would send me a new frame. After having my bed collapse twice why would I try again? So I refused the replacement in writing and requested a refund. Despite clearly refusing a replacement in writing, the company sent me an unsolicited bed frame. They then told me they were unable to process a return label unless I canceled the active chargeback with my bank. When I continued to request return instructions, they sent a second unsolicited bed to my home, again without notice or consent. For weeks I've had two giant boxes on my porch that I could not move or return without their cooperation. Finally this week they have come back and agreed to issue return labels, contradicting their earlier statements that it was “impossible” while the claim was open. The fact that they think it is more cost effective to pay to ship me 2 beds that I did not want rather than refund my money should tell you everything you need to know about the quality of this product. Key issues: -Dangerous and defective product -Warranty claim improperly closed despite timely response -Two unsolicited replacement shipments sent without consent -Refusal to issue return labels unless chargeback was canceled -Sudden reversal of policy with no explanation -Significant mental and logistical burden over 3+ months I am planning to return the two unopened boxes with the prepaid labels they’ve now said they will provide, but I have not yet received a refund, and the merchant has been evasive and inconsistent throughout this process. I have never in my life had such a bad consumer experience both with the product and with being jerked around trying to get a resolution.

We were skeptical at first but the Valyou team really eased our minds. They made our shipping faster and ensured we got the items we were supposed to have. They were kind and understanding though everything. I was going to cancel the shipment of the couches after looking on Reddit and seeing all of the horrid reviews. The team said I would have to pay 50% of the cost to return. However I am happy I went through with the order.

8 months and i am still waiting for my furniture. They changed their website and phone number to avoid many issues with other customer's complaints I'm guessing. I've called 3 times now and no one ever calls back. I've already filed a credit card fraud complaint, STAY AWAY from these guys.

I purchased a two-piece sectional from Valyou Furniture for $1,800. Within 30 days of delivery, I discovered a large hole inside the crevice between the seat and backrest of one section — large enough to fit my entire hand inside. It wasn’t visible, but it was clearly felt when reaching inside. I contacted Valyou immediately. Rather than assisting me directly, they referred me to their third-party warranty company, Propair Warranty. After four months of back-and-forth, I was told that the hole was “part of the design” — an explanation that made no sense, especially since the same hole doesn’t exist on the other side of the sectional. The warranty company also incorrectly claimed the hole was at a fabric joining point, which is simply not true. Instead of offering a real solution, Valyou provided me with a complimentary extended warranty — which does nothing to address the existing problem. If anything goes wrong with your order, expect to be sent in circles between Valyou and their warranty company, with little hope of real resolution. I cannot recommend this company after my experience.

I purchased a Feathers Sectional 110 from Valyou, which arrived in Mario Capasa-branded packaging with their documentation. After a single, gentle wash (exactly as instructed), the covers were ruined — a problem that’s widely reported across forums and reviews. When I contacted Valyou, they refused to honor the warranty and redirected me to Mario Capasa. After going back and forth for over a year, Mario Capasa’s team finally acknowledged the product and discussed a $299 replacement cost — but the covers were never in stock. Since then, the price has silently increased to over $800, and I’m now being told that I “declined” an offer I was never able to act on. Both companies are passing the blame and refusing to take responsibility for a clearly defective product. I now have a high-priced couch with destroyed covers and no support from either the retailer or the manufacturer. Avoid both Valyou and Mario Capasa if you expect honest warranty support or any accountability for defective goods.

This company is not reputable. After we purchased a bed that was consistently out of stock, they refused our refund request, claiming they couldn't process it due to a change in payment processors. Ultimately, they advised us to dispute the charge with our credit card company, leaving us without the bed and the money.

I wish there were an option for ZERO stars. The first time I purchased furniture from this store was in 2023, and I didn’t learn my lesson when they delayed the delivery. Now, the same thing is happening again in 2025. I ordered furniture covers on February 19, 2025, and to this day, they still haven’t delivered the order. I requested a refund, but they keep saying the items will be delivered six weeks from now. On top of that, if I cancel, I’m told I have to pay 50% of the total — for an order I never even received. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
