This time the bottom of the ears where they connect to the head was missing

Website was easy to use and product arrived quickly. However, the diapers I ordered for my incontinent senior dog did not fit. I measured her and ordered based on her waist measurement. I would say the product did not have an accurate description of size requirements. This was my first time ordering from this site so I can’t say much about anything else.

Prices for puppy pee pads have just gone too high for me to buy from Value Pet Supplies anymore. I have to buy now from other sellers with better prices.

I'm sorry to say that after many years of purchasing products, I am looking elsewhere for my Value Bull bully sticks. I realize that everyone is feeling the crunch of our recession, and I would understandably pay more if the quality was the same.

Due to availability of the charcoal wraps had to purchase these and they seem to create a stench on the animal and have to change them more often.

The 2 free samples were great. Sorry I ordered for large dogs and did not buy something as large. It sounds like she is breaking teeth trying to chew them. Tried for 2 nights and now has given up on them.
