Valhalla provides good customer service through electronic means. The intake consultation was quick and helpful. The only negative so far is that I have noticed some inconsistency in the potency of my tirzepatide from Revive RX compounding pharmacy. Some vials seem to be more potent than others that I have received.

I have been using Valhalla for 9 months now. I've never had any problems with ordering or getting my medicine. It's always been delivered in a timely manner with text updates. I've lost 50 pounds and the pharmacies they use are great. Meds work just the same and I think even better than the name brand.

Item came late and ice pack had melted. $50 for shipping and they send it in a bag with a tiny dollar store ice pack.

I have been a client of Valhalla Vitality for over a year now. I was previously with another clinic and VV has been great. I have nothing but positive regard for the Providers, client support, and pharmacy. There has been the occasional hiccup in processing orders but between all 3 facets of VV, the issue was quickly resolved in a very satisfactory manner. I have had a top notch experience w/VV and am very happy with their services. Their customer support is phenomenal, my provider is very knowledgeable and works to tailor my therapies to assist in meeting my health goals, and the pharmacy is great. Could not recommend any higher.

The phone appointment, and conversation with the Doctor was very professional. The Doctor was clear in the use of the prescribed therapy, and offered to answer my questions.
