My rating is 5 star. Customer service is amazing! Every question asked and request made has been handled in a professional and timely manner. I love that you can order 3 + months of the weight loss products and receive point/dollar to use on future purchases. In the past I have had bad experiences with weight loss therapy programs. It’s wonderful to find a program I can trust! ❤️

I have to rate them a 5!! They are not the first company that I try to get this type of medication from so I know from experience that each company is not the same! VV Responds quickly, they get you in for consultation quickly and best of all their medication arrives quickly. Don’t hassle yourself with other companies. Trust me I tried. I ended up waiting for months and still having to work with customer service only till I threaten the customer service. Did they finally give me a full refund. I did not have any issues whatsoever with VV ! 100% recommend!
