My order has not been processed and I've submitted request everyday for a resolution and nothing has happened. I have asked for a phone call or anything to give my potentiomal resolution and NO ONE had helped me!!

This was such an easy process! The online site is user friendly and when more communication is needed, it’s just a simple text. All my questions have been answered promptly. I look forward to my journey with Valhalla Vitality!

Super easy process! Customer support is great! May take them a tiny bit to reply but they still do! Speaks alot compared to others! I am absolutely impressed with them!

I was very hesitant to start this process and now I know why. Discount codes didn’t work on consult. It seems if you text them you wait for responses or you don’t get one or they can’t help. Now I’ve been charged for my order on July 25th and had to pay my credit card but no delivery in sight so I’m paying for something that isn’t even in route from a pharmacy. If it never comes I’m hoping I get a refund. I’d be willing to update if I ever receive my meds. Also to be fair they said there is delays but it wasn’t on the med I ordered. I didn’t order anything with B-12.

However, we have no record of you reaching out to customer service regarding the status of your order. For transparency, below is the prompt: 1. If you have questions about the status of your order, please reply with "ORDER STATUS". *Please note that once your order is being processed by the pharmacy, we won't be able to provide detailed updates during the standard processing time. It typically takes 10-14 business days for processing. Once your medication is ready to ship, you will receive a detailed tracking notification.
