I really can't rate this at this point. My prescription went in on July 24 and I have not received my meds or a update from the pharmacy.

I have been very fortunate to find Valhalla after my insurance stopped covering my Wegovy. I have had nothing but great care, fast and informative service, and reliable results with the Tirzepatide I get through this medical facility.

Responsive and accurate. In the past there were shipping delays but this time delivery was faster than anticipated

Cheaper than my previous provider and very efficient with their communications. I also like that the medications are priced fairly and they are very responsive.

Your sales department is stellar. However, your customer service department needs much improvement. One prescription for Tadalafil was charged but never received, I communicated repeatedly with Valhalla about this, and a few months later another charge and shipment was about to be made but I stopped it. Also, notified Valhalla that I uploaded my test results and got no word back until I repeatedly contacted Valhalla about it.
