Vacshack accepted my order and ran my cc for $228. Then nothing. Phone number disconnected, 2nd number says no support, only email. No response to email. I started dispute process with Visa. I do not recommend VacShack in the strongest way. Beware.

Placed an order for a vacuum part. They took the money from Paypal and sent a confirmation email that day. Then nothing. No tracking info, no shipment. After 12 days I sent an email. No response. another 6 days, I sent a message with their online email. Silence. Paypal sent a refund.

Advertised a part on their site which did not fit me vacuum and cannot get them to contact me to either take it back or replace with the correct part. I have contacted them several times without any resolution. I would NOT recommend this company!

I placed an order for a Miele handle and cordset which was shipped on a timely basis. When I disassembled my unit to complete the repair I found a broken plastic part that made the unit unrepairable. I've sent two requests for a return authorization to customer service with absolutely no response. This is what they request on their website. Totally frustrating!

I placed an order on 10-20-22. I followed up on my order with a phone call, and I was told they did not have boxes, but they should have them the next day. I sent an email requesting a status check, no response I called Steve AGAIN on 11-4-2002 and requested a status check on my order. Steve had the same excuse, and quickly added_ "oh UPS just dropped off boxes". I requesed he cancel my order. Steve became angry, refussed to listen or answer any questions reguading my refund. If fact he's so rude he put the phone down so he wouldn't have to listen to me. What a rude, childlike, unprofessional individual - in short a JERK! Don't do business with this company. If he's an employee then he should be fired.

Held funds for months without shipping vacuum cleaner I paid for. Requests for refund were ignored. Finally, after opening a case through PayPal, the vacuum cleaner was shipped and I received it (many months after my initial order). Extremely limited return policy.
