Great location! Affordable..beautiful condo

VRP has been very responsive when we've rented from them. Their property descriptions have been accurate, with few surprises.

We had more issues than I care to go into in a review, but here are a few. And we have used them several times before with only slight glitches, but this time their customer service people were unresponsive and unprofessional. I had been promised a call back within 24 hours with an answer for a day early check in. I never heard back. Left 3 messages and never got a call back. When I finally got someone, I was told I would have to pay one and a half times the nightly rate to check in a day early. I was told so many conflicting things by different people that I didn't know what to believe. And was given a "waiver" for a 3 hour early check in, since I didn't take the full day at the inflated rate, that stated I would waive all maintenance and housekeeping for my weeks stay if I wanted to check in 3 hours early. Really???? Of course I didn't sign it. And the condo was ready to occupy as confirmed by housekeeping and had been empty all week. Condo was very nice but when I sent our "issue" list to housekeeping with their survey, I didn't get a response. It wasn't until I arrived home that there was a message on my home phone from them wanting to correct some of the issues. They had my cell # as a contact number so I don't know why they called my home #. Wrong beach gate code was given to us and my daughter in law had to stand on the boardwalk holding her infant daughter until someone let her in. We really don't need these kinds of hassles for a vacation. Will find someone else to rent from in the future.

We rented a beautiful and clean condo through VRP. We got there a few hours early and my son has medicine that must be kept refrigerated so they let us in early. The entire rental process was easy and our condo was perfect with a beautiful view.

Took 4 days to get an answer for wifi password ... Finally got it from the neighbor

I have used Vacation Rental Pros twice and have received excellent customer service. The rentals were very clean and when there were minor issues, VRP were courteous and quick to respond. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to my friends and colleagues.
