Incorrect Website Information: Once again today, after calling a month ago, I called back because their information on my time-share account is still INCORRECT. I waited on hold over 20 minutes and still received NO technical help. I hung up after waiting 20 minutes.

We always enjoy our visits to Scottsdale Camelback Resort (SRC). The staff is friendly and efficient. The property is well maintained. Our 2nd floor balcony offers great views of Camelback Mtn. I do think the outdoor furniture in the condo needs new seat cushions and I didn't think washing the sidewalks was a good way to use water. Overall, the experience is always great!

Jan bent over backwards to find a solution for a last minute girls trip. Scottsdale Camelback Resort was the perfect solution.

The wonderful staff always makes our stay great. Also, the small size of the resort allows greater comfort. I always expect the best as it has been but must add that the pool area is showing signs of needing attention. The rubber pellet surface, showing some wear and could have been cleaner. Also thought sofa in unit needed attention. Overall, pleased and is a great property.

Nice accommodations and respectful of requests. Only issue was we couldn't get wifi to work in Kindle and Cox couldn't figure it out.
