OMG! you know how sometime you make reservations and the place look nothing like the pictures? Well this was not one of those times. everything was just like the pictures. The customer services was exceptional. I would defiantly go again.

I was pleased with my accommodation. We had plenty of space for everyone. The swimming pool and lazy river was not all that great. We had to bring our own tubes. I would book from vacatia again.

I would like to specially think Cythia for being so patient and kind. She is a great travel planner; she took her time to look into everything to make our vacation special and memorable. I will definitely recommend this company. Their service and staff are impeccable and will continue booking with them in the future.

I didn't have any problems. Even though i arrived late, the front desk told me everything i need to know to get into my unit and checked in the next morning. Perfect location from the things we wanted to do.

Used Vacatia for our recent family trip to Orlando. Needed accomodations for 7 people. Our resort had the perfect 4 bedroom townhome. The reservation process was simple. The 4 pay Flex Option helped keep the budget under control. The only thing I would change is that you are unable to access your reservation online and have to refer to your emails. However, customer service online and by phone were great and willing to answer all of my (many) questions.
